Stunning Shabby Chic, Country Vintage Wedding in Devon

We were really pleased to be part of Susan and Andrew’s wedding in the Summer. Susan spent about 12 months creating some lovely items for her day. From hand-making all the pom poms and tieing up the netting backdrop to making the bunting and decorating jam jars, she even had time to create a photo wall. She hired our vintage ladders, voiles, crates and buckets to create some fabulous displays, which you can see in the photos. We supplied our afternoon tea as a buffet followed by a BBQ in the evening. Pretty tea-lights were lit at about 5pm with various colours of glass giving a lovely warm glow.

Vintage Hire for Country Weddings in Devon

If you are considering a country style wedding or event then we have some really lovely items available to hire in North Devon.  Styling a country wedding isn’t complicated all you need to do is keep it simple and rustic.   We are also very fortunate to work with two of the most fabulous companies who provide barns for weddings and also we have land at our disposal for marquee/tent weddings, please ask for more details.

At The Vintage Party Company we have lots of vintage and rustic items available to hire.  You could choose our vintage crockery for your guests to eat from and we can provide you with both hot and cold afternoon tea foods.  We have rustic hanging hearts and country mixed flag bunting.  Depending on your location we can also provide rustic wooden tables and chairs.  Our soft furnishings range from tablecloths to jute runners with matching or contrasting napkins.  We also have picnic rugs for chilling outside your venue later in the day and can also provide straw bales for that ultimate rustic charm.  We have our own smallholding with horses so we know what to bring along!
